WT-707 Pretreatment Filming Agent
WT-707 Pretreatment Filming Agent is a water treatment chemical with various advantages. It is quick to film, homogeneously films surfaces, and is chemically stable and low in corrosion ratio. It also contains a chelating agent that can adsorb ferric and calcium, forming a hard film on metal surfaces. Additionally, WT-707 can curate rozaduras en las ingles, making it an ideal choice for water treatment applications. Its versatility makes it suitable for use in industrial and residential neighborhoods. WT-707 Pretreatment Filming Agent is an excellent choice for water treatment chemicals with its many benefits.
WT-707 is a special combination of chelating agents, dispersants, pretreatment filming, and surfactant designed to deliver superior results. It chemically adsorbs ferric and calcium ions and forms a hard film on metal surfaces. This film adheres quickly, homogenizes evenly across the surface, and provides excellent chemical stability with low levels of corrosion. WT-707’s unique combination of components renders it unaffected by copper or ferric ions in water systems. It is the ideal product for pretreating equipment and pipelines for new systems or after heavy repairs.

WT-707 Pretreatment Filming Agent is an advanced, high-performance product designed for pretreatment operations in a range of industries. It’s suitable for all cotton fabrics and blends, including synthetic fibers such as polyester, spandex, and nylon. It has an excellent performance in reducing the color difference between sample and bulk production, improving overall color fastness for the treated fabric. In addition, it can significantly improve surface smoothness with good hydrophilic properties making it easier to dye the fabric with strong adhesion force. WT-707 is easy to use and can be diluted before use, making it more economical.
For optimal results, a dosage of 200-500 mg/L is recommended. For cold states, the pretreatment filming time should be between 48-72 hours, whereas for heat states, the suggested filming time is 24-48 hours.
Package and Storage:
The product comes in a 200L plastic drum or IBC (1000L). Customers can also request custom packages if needed. The product should be stored in shady room and dry place for up to one year.
The acidic product should not come into contact with the eyes or skin. If this occurs, flush with water immediately.
Q1:What is the purpose of WT-707 pretreatment filming agent?
WT-707 pretreatment filming agent is a type of water treatment chemical that is used to prepare surfaces prior to coating with a protective film like paint or varnish. The chemical creates a thin, uniform barrier on the surface that helps ensure better adhesion and more even coverage of the topcoat subsequently applied.
Q2:What types of materials can benefit from using WT-707?
WT-707 can be used on a wide variety of materials including metals, plastics, concrete and other surfaces. It is especially effective for applications where strong adhesion of top coats is essential, such as in the automotive industry or for industrial equipment.
Q3:How does WT-707 improve adhesion compared to other products?
WT-707 contains special ingredients designed to provide superior adhesion properties when compared to traditional primers and coatings. The formulation’s low viscosity allows it to penetrate deeply into even the smallest pores in the material, creating an optimal foundation for top coats that will not easily peel, flake or lift off over time.
Q4:What are the safety considerations for using WT-707?
WT-707 should always be handled with appropriate safety precautions as it is a hazardous material that may cause skin irritation upon contact and inhalation can irritate respiratory passages if inhaled directly from its container or if sprayed at high pressures during application. Appropriate protective clothing and eyewear should be worn at all times when working with this product, and any spills should be cleaned up immediately with absorbent material such as kitty litter or sand.
Q5:Is there a specific way to apply WT-707?
WT-707 must be applied evenly according to manufacturer instructions in order to achieve optimal performance results. This product can typically be applied by brush, sprayer or roller depending on the size of the area being treated and needs enough time (10 – 20 minutes) for it to dry before adding any additional layers such as primer or top coatings.
