It has a CAS No. of 40372-66-5 and a molecular formula of C7H7O9P•Na4 with a molecular weight of 358. PBTC•Na4 can improve the solubility of zinc salt and has good chlorine oxidation tolerance and thermal stability. It is a 41% aqueous solution with low phosphorus content. PBTC•Na4 is an ideal choice for industrial applications where scale inhibition is important.

PBTC•Na4 is an effective scale and corrosion inhibitor with a low content of phosphoric. Its unique structure, containing phosphonic acid and carboxylic acid groups, gives it superior scale inhibition properties even under high temperatures. This makes it far more effective than organophosphates. PBTC•Na4 can also improve the solubility of zinc salt, has good chlorine oxidation tolerance, and provides excellent composite synergy. It is also easy to deliquesce in its solid state.

Usage:
PBTC•Na4 is a highly effective composite scale and corrosion inhibitor that is widely used. It is an excellent stabilizer for zinc salt and can be used in high-temperature, hardness, alkaline, and high-concentration environments. When combined with other water treatment chemicals such as zinc salt, copolymer, organophosphine, and imidazole, PBTC•Na4 provides exceptional performance as a chelating agent and metal detergent.
