Textile Effluent Decolorization — Decolorant + PAC + PAM
This short shows a textile effluent decolorization experiment: a water decoloring agent with PAC and PAM removes dye color from textile dyeing wastewater in a simple jar test. VCYCLETECH manufactures these decoloring and coagulation chemicals in China.
What you'll see in this video
- Brightly colored textile dyeing effluent before treatment.
- Adding decolorant + PAC + PAM and watching the dye flocculate out.
- Clear, decolorized water after settling.
Chemicals used
A cationic water decoloring agent neutralizes the anionic dyes, PAC coagulates the colloids, and PAM flocculates them into large, settle-able flocs — cutting color and COD in dyeing and printing wastewater.
Applications
Textile dyeing & printing, paper mill, ink and pigment wastewater, and other high-color effluent.
